CNN plans Q&A
To find your CNN subscription plan:
- Sign in to CNN on your phone, tablet, computer, or TV. Can't sign in?
- Do one of the following:
- Phone or tablet: Choose Settings > Manage subscription.
- Computer: Choose your profile > Settings > and find the Manage or cancel subscription section.
- TV: Choose the Settings icon > Subscription.
- Find your current plan: Basic or All Access.
To change your plan or billing period:
- Sign in to CNN on the device you used to start your CNN subscription. Can't sign in?
- Do one of the following:
- Phone or tablet: Choose Settings > Manage subscription.
- Computer: Choose your profile > Settings > and find the Manage or cancel subscription section.
- TV: Choose the Settings icon > Subscription.
- Select a different plan or follow the on-screen instructions to change your plan through an app store.
When does my change take effect?
- Switch to the All Access plan: Your change happens immediately.
- Switch to the Basic plan: Your change starts on your next billing date.
