Connect your TV provider
If you get CNN through your TV provider, you can watch the live CNN TV channels (CNN, CNN International, and/or HLN) included with your TV package on any supported device. You'll also get the CNN All Access plan features, including 24/7 global news, exclusive videos, CNN original series, and award-winning films.
To read unlimited CNN articles, you'll need to subscribe to the Basic plan.
Which device are you using?
Here's how to connect your provider:
- In the CNN mobile app, tap the Settings icon.
- Tap Connect TV Provider.
- Tap your TV provider (or choose Show More if needed).
Not all TV providers support the CNN app. If your TV provider isn't listed, check back later to see if they are added or contact your TV provider. - On your provider's sign-in screen, enter your provider account info and sign in.

Now you can watch a live stream of the CNN TV channels and a selection of CNN Original Series and Films on-demand (if your TV package includes CNN).
Remove TV provider: To disconnect your TV provider, tap the Settings icon, then Connect TV provider > Remove TV provider.

- Go to CNN.com on your computer.
- Choose Network TV (top right).
- Choose Connect Your Provider.
- Select your TV provider (or choose View All TV Providers if needed).
Not all TV providers support CNN. If your TV provider isn't listed, check back later to see if they are added or contact your TV provider. - On your provider's sign-in screen, enter your provider account info and sign in.

Remove TV provider: To disconnect your TV provider, choose your profile > Settings and then Connect TV provider > Remove TV provider.
Here's how to connect your provider:
- In the CNN app, do one of the following:
- Choose Network TV (top of screen) and then Verify TV Provider.
- Choose Settings (person icon, upper right), then TV Provider > Verify TV Provider.
- Scan the QR Code on your TV with your phone's camera, or go to CNN.com/activate and enter the code from your TV.
- Select your TV provider (or choose Show More if needed).
Not all TV providers support CNN. If your TV provider isn't listed, check back later to see if they are added or contact your TV provider. - On your provider's sign-in screen, enter your provider account info and sign in.

To start streaming, choose Network TV (top edge).
Remove TV provider: To disconnect your TV provider, choose Settings (person icon, upper right), TV provider > Remove TV provider.
