Cancel your CNN subscription
- Your CNN All Access or Basic plan will automatically renew unless you cancel it.
- Deleting the CNN app does not cancel your subscription.
- To avoid future charges, be sure to cancel your plan at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
CNN subscriptions are available at the CNN website and through the CNN app.
Cancel your CNN subscription
Here's how to cancel your CNN All Access or Basic plan:
- Sign in to CNN on the device you used to start your CNN subscription. Can't sign in?
- Do one of the following:
- Phone or tablet: Choose Settings > Manage subscription.
- Computer: Choose your profile > Settings > and find the Manage or cancel subscription section.
- TV: Choose the Settings icon > Subscription. To cancel, follow the on-screen instructions.
- Choose Cancel subscription or go to the App store billing section below.
Get CNN via your TV provider? You can watch CNN TV channels if your TV package includes CNN. Contact your TV provider to make changes to your TV package.

If you subscribed on an Amazon Fire TV device, here's how to cancel:
- Sign in to your Amazon account at amazon.com/appstoresubscriptions.
- In the Your Subscriptions section, find your CNN subscription.
- Turn off auto-renewal.
Your subscription will remain active until it expires at the end of your billing period.

If you subscribed on an Apple device, here's how to cancel:
- On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
- Tap your name
- Tap Subscriptions
- Find your CNN subscription and choose Cancel subscription.
Your subscription will remain active until it expires at the end of your billing period.

If you subscribed on an Android device, here's how to cancel:
- On your Android phone or tablet, open the Play Store app.
- Choose your profile icon (upper-right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Find your CNN subscription and choose Cancel subscription.
Your subscription will remain active until it expires at the end of your billing period.

Can't find the subscription? Make sure you're signed in with the same Google account you used to purchase your subscription.
If you subscribed on a Roku device, here's how to cancel:
- Sign in to your Roku account at my.roku.com/subscriptions.
- Find your CNN subscription in your active subscriptions.
- Choose Manage subscription.
- Turn off auto-renew and then confirm.
Your subscription will remain active until it expires at the end of your billing period.
