Can I get a refund?

Refund policies vary by billing provider. Your billing provider is who you pay for your CNN subscription.

First, find out who you started your CNN subscription through:

1. Sign in to the CNN app or at CNN.com. Can't sign in?
2. Do one of the following:
   
   • Phone or tablet: Choose Settings > Manage subscription.
   • Computer: Choose your profile > Settings.
3. In the Subscriptions section, find who you subscribed through (for example, Roku or Fire TV):
   
   • Amazon Fire TV: Contact Amazon Appstore support.
   • CNN.com: There is a no refund policy for subscriptions started at CNN.com. If there's an unexpected charge or you have any billing concerns, please contact us for help.
   • Apple: Go to Apple's Request a refund article.
   • Android TV or mobile: Go to Google's Learn about refunds article.
