Connect your TV provider

If you get CNN through your TV provider, you can watch the live CNN TV channels (CNN, CNN International, and HLN) included with your TV package on any supported device. You'll also get the CNN All Access video plan features, including 24/7 global news, exclusive videos, CNN original series, and award-winning films.

To read unlimited CNN articles, you'll need to subscribe to the Basic plan.

Which device are you using?

Here's how to connect your provider:

In the CNN mobile app, tap the Settings icon (person, lower right).
Tap Access Live TV.
Tap your TV provider (or choose Show More if needed).
Not all TV providers support the CNN app. If your TV provider isn't listed, check back later to see if they've been added, or contact your TV provider.
On your provider's sign-in screen, enter your provider account info and sign in.

Now you can watch a live stream of the CNN TV channels and a selection of CNN Original Series and Films on-demand (if your TV package includes CNN).

Remove TV provider: To disconnect your TV provider, tap the Settings icon (person, lower right), then TV provider > Remove TV provider.

Here's how to connect your provider:

Go to CNN.com on your computer.
Choose Watch (upper right) > Network TV.
Select your provider (or choose View All TV Providers if needed).
Not all TV providers support CNN. If your TV provider isn't listed, check back later to see if they've been added, or contact your TV provider.
On your provider's sign-in screen, enter your provider account info and sign in.

Remove TV provider: To disconnect your TV provider, choose your profile > Settings and then TV provider > Remove TV provider.

In the CNN app, do one of the following:
- Choose Network TV (top edge) and then Connect TV Provider.
- Choose the Settings icon (person, upper right), then TV Provider > Connect now.
Scan the QR Code on your TV with your phone's camera, or go to CNN.com/activate and enter the code from your TV.
Select your TV provider (or choose Show More if needed).
Not all TV providers support CNN. If your TV provider isn't listed, check back later to see if they've been added, or contact your TV provider.
On your provider's sign-in screen, enter your provider account info and sign in.
