Your CNN account
To access your CNN account information, go to Settings in the CNN app or CNN.com/account/settings.
When you're signed in to your CNN account, you'll find the following account info in Settings:
- Profile photo
- Display name
- Account email
- First name
- Last name
- ZIP code
Change your account info
- Profile photo, name, ZIP code: You can change your profile photo, name and ZIP code, at CNN.com/account/settings or in Settings (the CNN mobile app).
- Change password: To change your password, sign out of your CNN account and choose Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
- Add a password: If you signed up for CNN using your Apple or Google account, you can add a password to your CNN account. Choose Add a password, sign in to your Apple or Google account, then enter a password for your CNN account and choose Save.
- Account email: To change the email address associated with your CNN account, please contact us.
Your account email and password should not be shared with anyone outside your household.
How can I delete my account?
Note Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription.
After your subscription has been cancelled, here's how to delete your account:
- Go to CNN.com/account/settings.
- Choose Manage account and then Delete account.
- Confirm that you want to delete your account.
If you choose to delete your account, you will no longer have access to your account and you'll be unsubscribed from CNN newsletters.
