1. Do one of the following:
   
   • Web: Go to cnn.com/account/settings and sign in (if needed).
   • Phone or tablet: Open the CNN app, then choose Settings > Manage Subscription.
2. Choose Cancel subscription.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel your CNN subscription.

Your subscription will remain active until it expires at the end of your billing period.

If you signed up for your subscription at CNN.com, here's how to update your payment method:

1. Do one of the following:
   
   • Web: Go to cnn.com/account/settings and sign in (if needed).
   • Phone or tablet: Open the CNN app, then choose Settings > Manage Subscription.
2. In the Subscriptions section, find Payment Method, and choose Edit.
   If you don't have Payment Method in the Subscriptions section, go to the Third-party billing section below.
3. Add your payment info and save your changes.

Third-party billing

Find who your subscription is billed through below:

Apple

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
2. Choose your name.
3. Choose Payment & Shipping (if prompted, sign in to your Apple Account).
4. Choose the payment method you want to change, then choose Edit.
5. Enter your new billing information and choose Done.

Google Play

1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Play Store app
2. At the top right, tap your profile icon.
3. Choose Payments & subscriptions > Payment methods > More payment options.
4. If prompted, sign in or verify your Google account
5. Under the payment method you want to change, choose Edit.

If you subscribed to CNN through Apple (using the CNN app), here's how to change your billing period:

1. Open the CNN app, then choose Settings > Manage Subscription.
2. Select a billing period and follow the on-screen instructions to update your CNN subscription.

When you change your billing period, the change will happen on your next billing date.

Subscribed via Google or CNN.com? At this time, you can't change your billing period (monthly or annual). Instead, you can cancel your subscription and wait for your subscription to expire. Once your subscription has expired, you can resubscribe and choose a different billing period.

Refund policies vary depending on how you subscribed to CNN.

First, find out who your CNN subscription is billed through:

1. Open the CNN app on your phone or tablet.
2. Choose Settings.
3. Below Manage Subscription you'll find who you're subscribed through:
   
   • CNN.com: There is a no refund policy for subscriptions billed through CNN. If there's an unexpected charge or you have any billing concerns, please contact us for help.
