Sign in and out of CNN

Which device are you using?

There are two ways to sign in to CNN:

Here's how to sign in to your account:

In the CNN app, tap the Settings icon (lower right).
Tap Sign in to your CNN account.
Do one of the following:
- Enter your CNN email and password and then tap Sign in.
- Choose Continue with Apple or Continue with Google (if you signed up using your Google or Apple account).

To sign out, tap the Settings icon (lower right), then Account Settings, and then tap Log Out of CNN.

If you get CNN with your TV package, you can sign in to CNN using your TV provider account. Once you're signed in, you can watch a live stream of the CNN TV channels and a selection of CNN Original Series and Films on-demand.

Here's how to sign in with your TV provider:

In the CNN app, tap the Settings icon (lower right).
Tap Access Live TV.
Choose your TV provider or choose Show More. Here you can search for your provider. Not all TV providers support the CNN app. If your TV provider isn't listed, check back later to see if they are added or contact your TV provider.
Enter the username and password for your TV provider account.

To start streaming, tap the Watch icon (bottom edge). Here you can watch a live stream of the CNN TV channels and a selection of CNN Original Series and Films on-demand (if your TV subscription includes CNN).

To listen to a live TV channel: Choose the Listen icon (bottom edge) and then choose a TV channel.

Go to cnn.com on your computer.
Choose Sign in (upper right).
Do one of the following:
- Enter your CNN email and password and then choose Sign in.
- Choose Continue with Apple or Continue with Google (if you signed up using your Google or Apple account).

To sign out, click your profile icon (upper right) and then choose Sign out.

Here's how to sign in with your TV provider:

Go to cnn.com on your computer.
Choose Live TV (top right).
Select your TV provider or choose View All TV Providers. Here you can search or find your provider in the list. Not all TV providers support CNN. If your TV provider isn't listed, check back later to see if they are added or contact your TV provider.
Enter the username and password for your TV provider account.

Select Sign in (on the Account tab).
Enter your CNN email and password and then choose Sign in.

In the CNN app, do one of the following:
- Choose TV Channels (key icon) and then choose Activate Network TV.
- Choose Settings (gear icon), then TV Channels, and then choose Activate.
On your phone or computer, go to cnn.com/activate.
Choose the TV device you're using.
Enter the code from your TV screen and choose Continue to Verify.
Select your TV provider or choose View All TV Providers. Here you can search or find your provider in the list. Not all TV providers support CNN. If your TV provider isn't listed, check back later to see if they are added or contact your TV provider.
Enter the username and password for your TV provider account.
