Change CNN payment method

Applies to Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States

Here's how to change the payment method for your CNN subscription.

  1. Sign in to CNN on the device you used to start your CNN subscription. Can't sign in?
  2. Do one of the following:
    • Phone or tablet: Choose the Settings icon (person, lower right) and find the Manage subscription section.
    • Computer: Choose the profile icon (person, upper right) > Settings > and find the Subscription & billing section.
  3. Find your payment method and choose Change.
    If you don't have this option, go to the App store billing section below.
  4. Add your new payment info and save your changes.

Your new payment method will be used for your next subscription charge.

Amazon Fire TV

To change your Amazon payment method, sign in to your Amazon account at amazon.com/cpe/managepaymentmethods.

Apple
  1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app.
  2. Choose your name.
  3. Choose Payment & Shipping.
  4. Choose the payment method you want to change, then choose Edit.
  5. Enter your new billing information and choose Done.

Android TV or mobile
  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Play Store app.
  2. Tap your profile icon (upper right).
  3. Choose Payments & Subscriptions > Payment Methods > Edit payment methods.
  4. Under the payment method you want to change, choose Edit.
  5. Enter your new billing information and choose Update.

  1. Sign in to your Roku account at my.roku.com/payment/account.
  2. Update your payment info and choose Save.
